Policies and Procedures
Visiting Teams
Student-athletes from visiting teams will be extended the same courtesy, service, and respect as the athletes from SWOSU. Visiting teams will have the opportunity to utilize athletic training facilities and equipment before and after competition. Visiting teams that travel without a certified athletic trainer must present a written protocol or verbal communication from their athletic trainer in order to receive treatment from the SWOSU Athletic Training staff. The SWOSU Athletic Training Staff will adhere to the Great American Conference Handbook in regards to visiting teams and supplies provided for home events.
